- AI text generation using various language models
- AI image generation using DALL-E
- Web scraping and data extraction
- Search engine results scraping
2.2. All features are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at our discretion.
3. API Keys and Third-Party Services
3.1. SheetMagic requires you to provide your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, OpenRouter, Straico).
3.2. You are responsible for your API usage and any costs incurred with these third-party providers.
3.3. Your use of third-party AI services is subject to their respective terms of service.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. SheetMagic offers subscription plans billed monthly.
4.2. After purchase, you can immediately start using SheetMagic features and cannot be refunded.
4.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3. You agree not to use SheetMagic for any prohibited activities, including but not limited to spam, harassment, or illegal content generation.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1. Your privacy is important to us. By using SheetMagic, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
6.2. SheetMagic transmits prompts and data to third-party AI providers to process your requests.
6.3. When using your own API keys, you have control over your data sharing preferences through your API provider's settings.

7.2. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.
7.3. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free or appropriate for all use cases.
7.4. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party AI providers or API rate limits.
8. Termination
8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
