What will your data actually cost?

Scraping costs are not flat. A Google review costs 1 credits, a full site crawl 84. Every rate we charge is published below, alongside a calculator that works out your month.

SheetMagic meters two things, and they never trade against each other. AI tokens pay for anything the AI writes or reads. Integration credits pay for anything fetched from the web. Set your expected day below and the plan that fits appears on the right.

AI tokens

14.9M/mo

Spent whenever the AI writes, translates, summarises or reads something for you.

165

1,500 tokens each · max 833/day

Integration credits

8K/mo

Spent whenever something is fetched from the web: a page, a search, a row of platform data.

20

1 credit each · max 4,500/day

10

2 credits each, up to 9 on bot-protected sites · max 2,250/day

10

3 credits each (Google, YouTube) · max 1,500/day

12

16 credits each · max 281/day

Each slider maxes out at the point where that one activity would use a whole Business plan on its own, so the ceilings are directly comparable. Something twice as expensive has half the ceiling.

Cost per row varies 42x across sources, so pick yours instead of trusting an average. Each rate tracks what that source actually costs to collect.

A fixed per-query fee is counted once per day. Rendered pages cost 2 credits, but scrape.do escalates to residential routes on bot-protected sites and those have been observed at 9. We reserve for the worst case and refund the difference.

Total355 hrs/month

Counts the time to do each task once, by hand, by someone who already knows where to look: 30 sec to draft or format, 1.5 min to research or analyse, 30 sec to copy a field off a page, 2 min to run a search and transcribe the results, 1 min to copy a row of profile data. Time you could spend touching grass, petting dogs, or pretending to be in meetings.

Your Usage vs Plan Limits

A plan has to clear both pools to fit. Amber means that plan runs out before the month does.

Web pages and search

Priced per call. Most pages are a single credit; only a real browser or a bot-protected site costs more.

A rendered page is 2 credits, but some sites push our provider onto a residential route automatically. Those have been observed at 9. We reserve for the worst case and refund the difference the moment the request settles, so you are only ever charged what the page actually cost.

The last column is how many rows a month the Business plan's 135,000 credits buys from that source alone. Solo is 10,000 credits and Team 50,000, so divide by 13.5 and 2.7 respectively.

Where these numbers come from

A credit is not an arbitrary token. Each rate tracks what that source actually costs to collect, converted into credits through one consistent rule.

That is why the rates look uneven. They are not rounded to feel tidy. A Google review is genuinely far cheaper to collect than a full site crawl, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one to subsidise the other.

Cheap sources stay cheap and expensive ones cost more, so you only pay for the work a request actually takes. Nothing is padded to make the table look simpler.

AI tokens are a separate allowance and work the same way. Bring your own API keys on any paid plan and AI becomes unmetered, billed to you by the provider directly, with a 50% larger credit allowance on top.
